Recipe: Protein Shake

One of our family's favorite breakfast meals is a protein shake. I have learned to play with the ingredients and make a recipe. Here is for one person:
1 Banana/Banania
200 ml Milk/Maitoa
Several Ice Cubes/Useita Jää Kuutiot
2 table spoons Natural Peanut Butter/2 rkl
Luonon Pähkinälevitä
3 table spoons Chocolate or Vanilla Whey Protein/3 rkl Suklaa vai Vanilja Whey Proteiini
Sometimes I mix in frozen berries, again you kind of have to experiment. Enjoy!

It varies. We buy the whey protein from the health food store in the mall: Leader Sports Nutrition. 1 portion is 112kcal/474KJ. It is pricey but will last us quite awhile.

As for Peanut Butter, we get from states: 210 calories

OR the health food store which is too much: not sure about the calories

OR we downgrade and buy a jar at Lidl for 2 euros: 658kcal/2728KJ

City Market also carries Amona Maapähkinä Levite but no nutrition info is on the jar.

Sometimes when we are really poh (That is "poor" where I come from), we can't use peanut butter or banana and we just deal with it.

I hope this helps!
