Finland Shooting
Some of you have already heard of the news from Tuusula, Finland. 9 were found dead and others with injuries. Many websites, forums, YouTube, Finlandforthought.net, etc. are plastering the news about an 18 year old Finnish Male who had been planning the shooting at the school. I am crushed for all the families and friends hurt and my prayers go to them. I pray the Grace of God touches the life of the parents whose son later killed himself...to everyone.
My memory verse this week is from John 14:27
"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you;
not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your heart be troubled,
neither let it be afraid."
Jesus said that. He is where I place this hope and trust. This day has made me think of how important it is to love and care for my boys in a godly home, and to love my husband. There are so many restless people out there who can't find peace because no one has told them or explained to them the Greatest Peace Giver-Jesus Christ.
This is all so overwhelming. Tuusula and Finland: Jeesus rakastaa sinua!
