Cathy wanted simple recipes for the week. So we are lookin' for inexpensive and healthy. Whether you live in Finland or not, we'll take any suggestions!
Here is what we're having for the remainder of the week:
Friday:
Salmon and frozen veggies. (Remember I bought it sale and split them up and froze them.)
Saturday:
Family Day: eat out
Sunday:
easy sandwiches
Monday:
Chicken Salad: Lettuce, Red Onion, Chicken strips, blue cheese pieces, grapefruit, and light Italian dressing.
Tuesday:
Bake a large quiche from my better homes and gardens recipe book. Add some of the left over Blue Cheese.
Wednesday:
Eat left overs from Tuesday. (This works perfectly because we have our Äidin Piiri this evening.)
Thursday: pinatti keito with kannamunnia (Spinach soup with hard boiled eggs)
Friday:
Go to Heinola for Christmas.
