Still waiting...
Keep in mind B and T.J. were born 9 and 5 days past their "target" date. I suppose this one wanted to break the Sivonen olympic record by being 11 days past and perhaps even more...I see a health nurse tomorrow and then go to the hospital Friday to get checked and see if all is well. It's hard to relax and enjoy my parents while all the check-ups come along.
While waiting, (besides baking, walking, sauna, walking, drinking gallons of raspberry leaf tea, walking and-clear throat-you know what I'm saying-wink-wink) I have been reading 2 Corinthians lately.
It's been hard not to read chapter 4 without thinking about my coming labor and birth. For example, what my body went through in the last two births: pressured in every way, perplexed, persecuted, struck down. With out misinterpreting the scripture I pray that whatever the circumstances, that the LIFE OF JESUS WOULD BE REVEALED IN MY BODY (10) AND MORTAL FLESH (11). I pray I would not give up on my momentary light afflictions, but focus on the eternal (16-18).

B and T.J. were still nursing when I got pregnant. My midwife with B said if you have your child on a sleep schedule, plus sleeping through the night, and starting to eat food other than breast milk, then your fertility is more likely to come back. Your questions are making me curious leslie, please tell!
I'm not sure if you remember me, but we met at the AGM this year. My son Daniel was in class with TJ, and my husband went to Cal Baptist. Anyhow, you were such a blessing to me the night that we talked (the last night), and I wanted to share that I've been praying for you and your newest little one. Can't wait to check back and read that he/she has been born.
In Him,
Bonnie K.
