YOU KNOW YOU HAVE BEEN IN FINLAND TOO LONG, WHEN……

1. You rummage through your plastic bag collection to see which ones you should keep to take to the store and which can be sacrificed to garbage.

I have more to come. It is far more funnier if you live here. Then you would understand my madness.

You are able to collapse a tetra pak milk carton precisely and exactly whilst getting the kids breakfast ready and doing the washing up( all in the name of recycling). And of course you can open a tetra pak milk carton which most visitors cannot, being used to plastic milk bottles with screw caps! :)

this one made me remember my shopping days in the UK as a child. You either brought bags to the store or bought bags to the store. I wonder at the revolt if and when this starts state-side.
